The edit points, track layout and speaker labels come across, so the sequence you open is the cut you made in Selects.
Selects syncs every camera and mic by waveform or timecode and switches angles when you ask, so the logging and the syncing are done before the AAF is written.
Type what you want the way you'd tell an editor. These are the kind of prompts that work.
Prompt: Cut the 40 minute interview down to 12. Keep the answers about the founding and drop the small talk
Prompt: Find every shot of the workshop and put them in a folder called Workshop
Prompt: Sync the three cameras and cut to whoever is talking
Drop in the whole shoot
Ask for the sync, the selects or the rough cut
Hand off, then double-click the .aaf
