Topic titles can arrive as markers or captions, so a long episode is already broken into its parts. Speaker labels and track layout come across, and muted audio tracks too if you want them.
Nest the cameras into one timeline, or turn nesting off and each camera arrives on its own track, ready to switch in Resolve.
Type what you want the way you'd tell an editor. These are the kind of prompts that work.
Prompt: Cut the 90 minute episode down to 50. Drop the ad read and the tangent about the trip
Prompt: Find every crowd shot from the night and put them in a folder called Crowd
Prompt: Sync the four cameras, hold each angle at least five seconds, and use the wide when both hosts talk
Drop in the whole shoot
Ask for the sync, the selects or the rough cut
Hand off, then import the .drp in Resolve

A .drp is a whole project rather than a timeline, which is why it comes in through the Project Manager and not the import menu.
The edit points, track layout and speaker labels, with every clip linked to your original media. Topic titles can come as markers or captions, caption text and timing come when you turn on Include captions, and the frame size carries over.
No. Color, effects, transitions, text and graphics, keyframes, position and scale, and volume changes stay in Selects. Clips arrive at their original levels, transitions become plain cuts and graphics arrive as gaps.
If you grade and mix in Resolve, that's where they happen.
Your choice. With Nest multi-cam on, the angles are nested into one sequence. With it off, each camera arrives on its own track so you can switch freely in Resolve.
Yes. Generate proxies or optimized media in Resolve, import only the proxy folder into Selects, and relink to your camera files after you import the .drp. Selects can't read RED .R3D files, so for RED footage, proxies are the way in.
Yes. Export a synced timeline on its own and it arrives in Resolve as an ordinary timeline, every camera and mic lined up. It doesn't need to be analyzed first.
